Luis Arcangel is the chairman and current chief executive of Montgomery Fitch + Associates, a multinational conglomerate holding company with diversified interests in creative communications, digital media, events management, political risk and applied technology operating in nearly ten countries.
He is a published writer and sought after resource speaker on startup entrepreneurship and the millennial generation, with keynotes delivered to numerous industry conferences, business summits, Fortune 500 corporations and non-profit organizations worldwide. Luis also sits on the board of advisers of multiple tech, service and consultancy startups within the ASEAN region.
In addition, he was honored as a finalist for the Capital One Young Leader Of The Year at the 2016 Asia CEO Awards, which recognizes outstanding achievement among high-level business executives within the region.
Bodhi Financial Advisory Services
Bolormaa Luvsandorj is the President of Women Entrepreneurs Council at Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a founding member of Women Corporate Directors’ chapter in Mongolia. Mrs. Bolormaa is the founder and CEO of Bodhi Financial Advisory Services LLC (B.F.A.S LLC). Established in 2009, BODHI provides financial advisory services including business strategy and development, corporate restructuring, and fundraising.
She has been in the financial industry over 20 years holding senior positions as a CEO Golomt Financial Group (GFG), an Executive Vice President / Chief Investment Officer for Golomt Bank, a chairperson of Golomt Securities LLC, and a director of Mandal Insurance LLC. Prior to joining GFG and Golomt Bank, Mrs. Bolormaa served as the First Deputy CEO of the Development Bank of Mongolia (DBM). Her banking experience includes nine years in Risk Management of Deutsche Bank (2000-2009), Tokyo / NY and Deputy Head of International Department of Ardyn Bank (1992-1996). She was a Director of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (May 2010-2011) and a Director of Development Bank of Mongolia (Nov 2010- April 2011).
Independent Strategic and Financial Adviser
Pawan K Sachdeva is passionate about the urban water services sector. He is driven to make his contribution to better management of urban water utilities at ground level. Armed with his experience in working at ground with urban water utilities, he wants to contribute to more effective changes in public policy in urban water sector domain. Before diving deeper into the urban water services sector in 2015, Pawan spent close to two decades in investing in public market investing in Asia.
Pawan did his Master in Public Administration from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore (2017). He is Bachelor in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur- India (1990) and Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore- India (1996).

Cheryl Chong commenced her career as an Assurance Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She subsequently joined the Real Estate Investments industry, specializing in acquisitions and divestments. Her corporate experiences include Wheelock Properties Singapore as well as the property management arm of the OCBC Group. In her day job, Cheryl heads the private investor division of equity and debt crowdfunding platform, FundedHere.
Cheryl is co-founder of The Social Co., the team that initiated the 50 For 50 project in September 2014 where they brought together more than 80 young people under the age of 35, and 70 corporations to raise awareness of and funds for lesser-known causes such as mental health, suicide prevention and charities that serve those with physical and mental disabilities. Over 2 phases of the 50 For 50 movement, 38 sustainable projects were created and a total of S$4.5 million was raised for 58 local charities. The last campaign that The Social Co. championed was Pledge it Forward, an initiative that supported 51 charities that contribute significantly to building a more inclusive and resilient community in Singapore.
Chief Representative in Japan, TDB
Hajime Uchida was born in Hong Kong in 1966 and moved to Brazil in 1970 and lived in Sao Paulo till 1979. After graduated from the Faculty of Law of CHUO University in Tokyo, Japan, Uchida san joined Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation ("SMBC") of today.
From 2001, he moved to SMBC in Brazil, Banco Sumitomo Mitsui Brasileiro S.A and was appointed in Japanese Corporate Department to support many Japanese companies in Brazilian market. Moved back to Japan in 2012 and from the end of 2013, he was appointed as the Head of Representative Office in Ulaanbaatar as the first Japanese Bank in Mongolia. The main mission was to develop secure banking transactions to natural resource projects, social infrastructure projects, and environment projects to battle against the global warming issues. From October, 2017, Uchida-san took the role of Chief Representative of Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia based in Tokyo Office, Japan.
He successfully closed the first Carbon Credit Intermediate transaction for Japanese banks. The transaction was recognized worldwide and was nominated one of the best 5 sustainable banking transactions at FT Sustainable Banking Awards of 2007 and received "Runner-Up" Prize as the first Japanese Bank.

Founding President, DBiAA
Enkhzul Orgodol is a social entrepreneur, an author, an ex-government official, and an emerging expert at Asian markets. She has founded the first Mongolian-based international business association "Doing Business in Asia Alliance" which is quickly expanding and already has presence in four countries: Cambodia, Nepal, Philippines and Mongolia. She has also founded and run an NGO "Educated Initiatives", targeted at personal and business development strategies.
She earned her master's degree in public policy from the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, the National University of Singapore, under the Asian Development Bank scholarship which is awarded to exceptional young professionals from the region. She was also recognized as the "Student of the Year" when she graduated from the National University of Mongolia, majoring in business administration.

Robin Garcia is a political scientist and the founder and chief executive officer of Warwick & Roger, a leading political affairs advisory firm specializing in emerging markets. He has extensive experience in providing political analysis across different industries including academia, government, media and business. As a corporate public affairs professional, he was head of legislative research for Stratbase, a partner of BowerGroupAsia in the Philippines. Previously, he was senior associate for an investment transaction consulting firm as well as policy consultant for several government and political institutions.
Robin holds a Ph.D. degree in International Politics specializing in political economic change of Asian economies from the School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA) of Fudan University in Shanghai, China where he was awarded the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence.

Eliza Fan is a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner with proven track records in business/store start-up, mergers and acquisitions. Beginning as a training specialist in industries spanning from airlines to education, hospitality and retail with MNCs, she then takes the lead in full spectrum of Human Resources functions across Greater China, MENA, N America and Europe.
Recently, Eliza has taken a focus on supporting SME in developing businesses with her strong network while adding values to building business sustainability with a Corporate Social Responsibility edge.
DBiAA Country Representative for Cambodia and Nepal
Prashanta Pradhan is a Business Strategist and Economic Policy Advisor currently based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He has advised governments at the highest level in South and Southeast Asia helping them develop strategies and policies on trade, investment, public private partnerships and skill development.
He started his career with Standard Chartered Bank and later went on to work in advisory teams of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Frost & Sullivan. Prashanta has delivered consulting projects for United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, United Nations Development Programme, International Labour Organisation and GIZ, among others.
Originally from Nepal, Prashanta holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore in addition to an MBA.
